The Editor-in-Chief and authorized editors have responsibility for the scholarly content of the journal and are expected to make editorial decisions independently and without inappropriate commercial, institutional, political, or personal influence.

The publisher does not require editors to accept or reject manuscripts for commercial reasons.

Relationship Between the Publisher and Editorial Team

The publisher appoints the journal's editorial team through an official appointment process and provides the resources necessary for journal operations. Such appointment does not remove the responsibility of editors to exercise independent scholarly judgment.

Editors are responsible for maintaining the quality, integrity, relevance, and credibility of the journal's scholarly content.

Financial and Organizational Support

The journal's operations may be supported through legitimate revenue and organizational sources, including Article Processing Charges (APCs), publisher support, institutional cooperation, and other transparent scholarly-publishing activities.

The journal's current Article Processing Charge and waiver arrangements are disclosed separately on the Article Processing Charges (APC) and Waiver Policy page.

Financial support, Article Processing Charges, APC waivers, institutional cooperation, sponsorship, or other sources of revenue do not influence peer-review outcomes or editorial decisions.

External Organizations and Services

IJMEBA may use, participate in, apply to, or cooperate with scholarly infrastructure providers, indexing services, preservation services, professional organizations, and other academic platforms as part of the journal's development.

The journal will not describe itself as a member, indexed journal, participant, partner, accredited journal, or formally affiliated journal of an external organization unless that status has been formally obtained and can be independently verified.

Applications that are planned, submitted, or under evaluation will be described separately from confirmed memberships, indexing status, preservation arrangements, or partnerships.

Transparency

IJMEBA is committed to providing accurate and transparent information about its ownership, management, financial model, editorial governance, external relationships, and publication practices.

Information displayed on the journal website will be updated when there is a verified change in the journal's legal, institutional, editorial, indexing, preservation, or organizational status.
