IJMEBA is published by PT. Berkah Digital Teknologi. The journal's publishing activities may be supported through Article Processing Charges (APCs), publisher support, institutional cooperation, and other legitimate scholarly publishing activities.

The standard IJMEBA Article Processing Charge is USD 56 per accepted article. The journal does not charge a manuscript submission fee.

Revenue sources, institutional cooperation, sponsorship, advertising, or other financial arrangements do not influence editorial decisions, peer-review outcomes, or manuscript acceptance.
