Analisis Sistem Akuntansi Penerimaan Kas Pada Pendapatan Rawat Inap Di Rumah Sakit Permata Cirebon

Abstrak

Cash Receipts Accounting System for Inpatient Revenues at Permata Cirebon Hospital. The purpose of this study is to find out how the accounting system for cash receipts for inpatient income at Permata Cirebon Hospital. Thesis of the Cirebon Economics College of Accountancy Study Program. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. Processed data is data obtained from the results of unstructured interviews and observations that will be analyzed qualitatively and described in descriptive form. Based on the results of the study, the accounting system for cash receipts for inpatient installations at Permata Cirebon Hospital was very good. This can be seen from the existence of patient acceptance procedures starting from inpatient registration until the patient is discharged. Likewise with the cash receipts procedure that is in accordance with the existing system, namely the separation of operational and revenue functions as well as recording and reporting functions with supporting documents. However, the cash receipt system for inpatient installations still has several weaknesses, namely in the registration section which still needs to improve services to patients, the flow and procedures for patient payments are not clear, so it is necessary to make Data Flow Diagrams or Flowcharts in order to make it easier for users of accounting information.

Sistem Akuntansi Penerimaan Kas Pada Pendapatan Rawat Inap di Rumah Sakit Permata Cirebon. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana sistem akuntansi pada penerimaan kas atas pendapatan rawat inap di Rumah Sakit Permata Cirebon. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Data yang diolah adalah data yang di peroleh dari hasil wawancara tidak terstruktur dan observasi yang akan dianalisis secara kualitatif serta diuraikan dalam bentuk deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, sistem akuntansi penerimaan kas instalasi rawat inap pada Rumah Sakit Permata Cirebon sudah sangat bagus. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari sudah adanya prosedur-prosedur penerimaan pasien yang mulai dari pendaftaran rawat inap sampai pasien keluar. Begitupun dengan prosedur penerimaan kas yang telah sesuai dengan sistem yang ada yaitu dengan adanya pemisahan fungsi operasional dan fungsi penerimaan serta fungsi pencatatan dan pelaporan dengan dokumen pendukung. Namun Sistem penerimaan kas instalasi rawat inap masih terdapat beberapa kelemahan yaitu pada bagian pendaftaran yang masih perlu meningkatkan pelayanan terhadap pasien, alur dan prosedur pembayaran pasien yang kurang jelas, sehingga perlu dilakukan pembuatan Data Flow Diagram atau Flowchart agar dapat memudahkan para pengguna akuntansi.
