Peer Review Responsibilities

Peer reviewers shall provide objective, constructive, confidential, and timely assessments of manuscripts assigned by the Editorial Team. Reviewers shall evaluate the originality, theoretical contribution, methodological quality, analytical rigor, ethical compliance, quality of references, clarity of presentation, and relevance of each manuscript to the aims and scope of JAMBAK.

Each research manuscript should normally be evaluated by at least two independent peer reviewers. Reviewer selection shall consider subject expertise, institutional independence, publication record, potential conflicts of interest, and availability.

Reviewers must disclose any actual or potential conflict of interest and decline a review when their independence or impartiality could reasonably be questioned. Information and unpublished material obtained during peer review must remain confidential and may not be used for personal, academic, commercial, or other advantage.

In accordance with JAMBAK's policy on generative artificial intelligence, peer reviewers must not upload submitted manuscripts, manuscript excerpts, author data, unpublished results, figures, tables, or confidential review materials to generative AI systems or other external AI applications. Peer-review judgments and reviewer comments must be produced independently by the reviewer.

Only reviewers who have genuinely participated in the peer-review process may be acknowledged as active peer reviewers of JAMBAK. The Editorial Office maintains records of reviewer assignments, review reports, editorial correspondence, and review completion dates within the journal management system as evidence of the peer-review process.
