Bagas Taqwa Copyright (c) 2026 PATEMON: Multidisciplinary Research https://portal.xjurnal.com/index.php/patemon/article/view/224 Mon, 16 Feb 2026 00:00:00 +0700 PERAN KAPABILITAS DIGITAL DALAM MENINGKATKAN KINERJA KREATIF DAN BISNIS: BUKTI DARI CREATIVEPRENEURS INDONESIA https://portal.xjurnal.com/index.php/patemon/article/view/233
Purpose: This study aims to explore how digital capability contributes to creative performance and business performance among Indonesian creativepreneurs. Specifically, the study examines how digital capability enables creative exploration, experimentation, and market responsiveness, and how creative performance functions as a key mechanism in translating digital resources into business outcomes.

Research Methodology: This study employs an exploratory qualitative approach using a multiple case study design. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with creativepreneurs operating in various creative economy sectors, including fashion, digital content, graphic design, and design-based businesses. Supporting data were obtained from a Google Form survey and observations of digital platforms such as social media and marketplaces. The data were analyzed using thematic analysis through open coding, axial coding, and selective coding to identify the process-based relationship between digital capability, creative performance, and business performance.

Results: The findings show that digital capability is not merely a technical resource but also a strategic enabler of creativity. Creativepreneurs use digital tools to accelerate idea generation, improve content creation, conduct experimentation, respond to market trends, and engage customers more effectively. The study also reveals that creative performance acts as a central mechanism linking digital capability to business performance. Improved creativity contributes to stronger customer engagement, product innovation, brand differentiation, market expansion, and revenue growth.

Limitations: This study is limited by its qualitative design and relatively small number of informants, which means the findings should be interpreted contextually and not generalized broadly. Future studies may test the proposed mechanism quantitatively using a larger sample and examine additional factors such as community support, cultural identity, entrepreneurial orientation, or digital ecosystem readiness.

Contribution: This study contributes to the literature on digital capability and creativepreneurship by shifting the dominant view of digital capability from a direct driver of business performance to an enabling mechanism that strengthens creative performance. The study also offers practical insights for creativepreneurs and policymakers by emphasizing that digital transformation programs should not only focus on technology adoption but also on developing creative capacity and value creation capabilities.
Adrian Ariatin Copyright (c) 2026 PATEMON: Multidisciplinary Research https://portal.xjurnal.com/index.php/patemon/article/view/233 Mon, 16 Feb 2026 00:00:00 +0700 THE EFFECT OF HEALTH PROTOCOLS ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT PLN UP3 INDRAMAYU WAREHOUSE https://portal.xjurnal.com/index.php/patemon/article/view/198
Purpose: This study aims to examine the effect of health protocol implementation on employee performance at the warehouse of PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Indramayu during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Research Methodology: This study used a quantitative survey method with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire using a modified Likert scale. The respondents were 38 employees selected from a population of 60 employees using simple random sampling. The data were analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics through validity test, reliability test, descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation, simple linear regression, coefficient of determination, ANOVA test, and t-test.

Results: The results show that health protocol implementation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The Pearson correlation value was 0.443, indicating a moderate positive relationship. The coefficient of determination was 19.6%, meaning that health protocol implementation explained 19.6% of employee performance, while the remaining 80.4% was influenced by other factors outside this study.

Limitations: This study was limited to one warehouse unit of PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Indramayu and involved only 38 respondents, so the findings cannot be generalized to all organizational contexts.

Contribution: This study contributes to human resource management, workplace health management, and organizational performance studies, especially in essential service organizations during health crisis conditions.
Vina Andita, Abrar Farhan Sudibyo, Muhamad Iqbal Copyright (c) 2026 PATEMON: Multidisciplinary Research https://portal.xjurnal.com/index.php/patemon/article/view/198 Thu, 11 Jun 2026 00:00:00 +0700 MARKETING MIX EFFECTS ON BEEF PURCHASE DECISIONS IN SUMEDANG https://portal.xjurnal.com/index.php/patemon/article/view/270
Purpose: This study examines the effect of the perceived marketing mix on consumer purchase decisions at CV APN Mandiri Sumedang.

Research Methodology: The study employed a quantitative, cross-sectional survey design.
