Berkah Digital Teknologi en-US International Journal of Management, Economic, Business and Accounting 2962-0953 Analysis of Servant Leadership on Employee Performance: An Empirical Study in Oil Palm Companies https://portal.xjurnal.com/index.php/ijmeba/article/view/76 <p><strong>Purpose of the study —</strong><em> The focus of the research is to investigate and evaluate the influence of servant leadership on employee performance in South Kalimantan palm oil enterprises, incorporating organizational citizenship behaviors as the intervening variable.</em></p> <p><em><strong>Research method—</strong> This study employed a proportional random sampling technique involving 78 employees in palm oil companies in South Kalimantan. To evaluate the model, Structured Equation Modelling (SEM) was applied. </em></p> <p><em><strong>Result— </strong>The results reveal that servant leadership has a positive impact on employee performance and organizational citizenship behaviors. Additionally, as hypothesized, organizational citizenship behavior partially mediates the relationship between servant leadership and employee performance</em></p> <p><strong>Conclusion— </strong><em>These findings provide insights and a better understanding of how servant leadership plays a significant role in affecting employee performance in the organization, especially in the palm oil companies in South Kalimantan</em></p> Dahniar Mohammad Adhiya Riswandha Mohammad Yudy Rachman Copyright (c) 2024 International Journal of Management, Economic, Business and Accounting 2024-01-20 2024-01-20 3 1 1 11 10.58468/ijmeba.v3i1.76 Model Antecedents of Halal Tourism: A Review https://portal.xjurnal.com/index.php/ijmeba/article/view/82 <p><strong>Purpose of the study</strong> — The purpose of this study was to examine the antecedents of halal tourism and their implications for destination development and marketing. <br><strong>Research method</strong>— The research method employed was a systematic literature review, which involved searching and analyzing relevant scholarly articles and publications.<br><strong>Result</strong>— The results of the study revealed several key findings. Destination attributes, including halal-friendly facilities and services, emerged as crucial factors in attracting Muslim travelers. Effective marketing and promotion strategies, infrastructure and services, cultural and religious considerations, and socio-economic factors were also identified as significant determinants of halal tourism. These findings contribute to a better understanding of the factors that shape the growth and success of halal tourism<br><strong>Conclusion</strong>— The antecedents of halal tourism play a vital role in attracting and satisfying the needs of Muslim travelers. Destinations and tourism stakeholders should consider these factors in their planning, development, and marketing efforts to tap into the growing halal tourism market.
