<table width="645"> <tbody> <tr> <td width="540"> <p><strong>Purpose of the study —</strong> This research aims to investigate the impact of service quality and brand image on customer satisfaction and its subsequent effects on customer loyalty at Banco Nacional Comercio Timor-Leste, Suai Branch.</p> </td> </tr> <tr> <td width="540"> <p><strong>Research method—</strong>A quantitative descriptive approach was employed, utilizing surveys distributed to customers who have been clients for at least three years. The data was analyzed using Partial Least Squares (PLS) structural equation modeling.</p> </td> </tr> <tr> <td width="540"> <p><strong>Result— </strong>The findings indicate a weak influence of service quality and brand image on customer satisfaction (R-Square = 0.185), while customer satisfaction, along with these variables, significantly contributes to customer loyalty (R-Square = 0.487).</p> </td> </tr> <tr> <td width="540"> <p><strong>Conclusion— </strong>The study concludes that enhancing service quality and brand image is crucial for improving customer satisfaction, which in turn fosters customer loyalty. <table width="645"> <tbody> <tr> <td width="540"> <p><strong>Purpose of the study —</strong> This study aims to describe the Occupational Safety and Health Management System at the Public Fuel Filling Station in Tamansari–Pangkalan Village and assess its compliance with Government Regulation Number 50 of 2012.</p> </td> </tr> <tr> <td width="540"> <p><strong>Research method—</strong> A qualitative and descriptive approach was employed to understand and explain the implementation of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System in the specified work environment.</p> </td> </tr> <tr> <td width="540"> <p><strong>Result— </strong>The research findings indicate that the Occupational Safety and Health Management System has been effectively implemented, successfully maintaining work safety and security. Key practices include the use of protective equipment, monitoring of working conditions, establishment of a safe environment, and safety training for workers.</p> </td> </tr> <tr> <td width="540"> <p><strong>Conclusion— </strong>The Occupational Safety and Health Management System at the Public Fuel Filling Station in Tamansari–Pangkalan Village aligns with Government Regulation Number 50 of 2012. <table width="645"> <tbody> <tr> <td width="540"> <p><strong>Purpose of the study —</strong> This study aims to determine the influence of emotional intelligence and organizational climate on employee performance</p> </td> </tr> <tr> <td width="540"> <p><strong>Research method—</strong> The research was carried out at the Karawang Civil Service Police Unit office using a quantitative descriptive verifiative approach with multiple linear regression analysis, employing SPSS V.25 Software. The population consisted of 110 employees, with a sample of 86 employees determined using the Slovin formula.</p> </td> </tr> <tr> <td width="540"> <p><strong>Result</strong> The findings indicate: 1) Emotional Intelligence scored 462, categorized as high; 2) Organizational Climate scored 465, also categorized as high; 3) Employee Performance scored 470, categorized as good; 4) Emotional Intelligence has a very significant positive effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05) and a calculated t-value of 2.413 (t > 1.988); 5) Organizational Climate also positively impacts employee performance with a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05) and a calculated t-value of 2.742 (t > 1.988); 6) Both Emotional Intelligence and Organizational Climate have a simultaneous significant effect, with a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05) and a calculated F-value of 54.820 (F > 3.107).</p> </td> </tr> <tr> <td width="540"> <p><strong>Conclusion— </strong>The determination value was found to be 0.569 (55%), indicating that 45% of the variance in employee performance is influenced by variables not studied in this research.</p> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table>Helma Laila PutriSari MarlianiJuly Yuliawati

Data was obtained through direct observation and interviews with five individuals.</p> </td> </tr> <tr> <td width="540"> <p><strong>Result— </strong>The results show that the creativity of artists in Galur Sari is reflected through four aspects: fluency of thought, flexibility of thought, elaboration, and originality.
